Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place shredded (or diced small) chicken in a large bowl with 1/2 Cup of the soup and 1/2 Cup of the cheese. Mix until chicken is evenly coated. Place about 1/4 Cup of the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll tortilla over the mixture and place seam side down into baking dish.
Pour the remaining soup over the tortillas. Cover and bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Top with the remaining cheese and cilantro if desired. Serve and enjoy!
