Knorr spinach dip recipe made with Hellmann's mayonnaise
Instructions
Balsamic chicken:
Place chicken tenders in a gallon sized seal-able bag. Make marinade by taking the remaining ingredients and placing in a bowl. Whisk to combine thoroughly. Pour over chicken. Place chicken in refrigerator and let marinade for one hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take a large skillet and get hot over medium heat. When skillet is hot, use a tongs and place chicken tenders directly into pan in a single layer. Discard remaining marinade.
Sear chicken on first side for about a minute until a golden crust forms. Turn tenders over and if using an oven safe skillet, place directly into the oven. If you are not using an oven safe skillet, place seared chicken tenders in an oven safe dish and bake until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees about 10 to 15 minutes.
Balsamic Chicken Sandwiches:
At least an hour before serving, make the spinach dip per the directions on the back of the Knorr vegetable recipe mix packet. Place in refrigerator at least one hour.
To assemble sandwiches, slice cibatta and smear a good amount of the spinach dip on the bottom slice. Layer with the tomatoes, balsamic chicken, arugula and fresh mozzarella. Serve and enjoy!
