Instructions
In a medium sized sauce pan melt the peanut butter, coconut oil and honey. I used chunky peanut butter but you will want to melt them until all lumps are dissolved. *This is the step that an adult will need to at least assist a child.
Add oats once everything is smooth. In a medium bowl, mix in additional toppings of your choice. I used coconut flakes and sunflower seeds. This would be a good time to let your helper mix all the ingredients with their hands!
Once mixed, spread the granola into an 8×8 dish. My dish was 9×9 so I made sure to not fill the entire dish.
Cover with foil and toss in the fridge for 2 hours before cutting and serving.
