Lemon Arugula Pasta
Ingredients

arugula
washed and drained

lemon
zest and juice

tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil

cup
grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. In large bowl, combine arugula, lemon zest and juice. Drain pasta and immediately toss with arugula mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
