Cheddar Bacon Ranch Pinwheels are tasty tortillas filled with ranch flavored cream cheese, bacon, cheese and more! The perfect party appetizer to serve a crowd.
Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning in a small bowl with an electric hand mixer until smooth.
Fold in the cheddar cheese, bell peppers, bacon, and scallions until combined.
Layout the tortillas on a clean work surface and spread a thin layer over the tortilla, leaving a ½ inch border all around.
Tightly roll the tortilla into a log and wrap it in plastic wrap tightly. Repeat with the remaining tortillas. Set in the fridge for at least 6 hours or best overnight. Cut into ½ inch slices and serve. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping, optional.
Notes
Make sure you use burrito-size tortillas, they are 10-inches.
These need to chill for at least 6 hours.
Other vegetables can be added, see above on how to do that.
Use any of your favorite bacon for this recipe.
You can make your own homemade dried ranch dressing instead of store bought.
The cheese can be switched up as well, see some of our other favorites above.
