Blueberry and Honey Dessert Bruschetta
Ingredients
- French baguette sliced thinly on the bias
- 1 pint blueberries washed, dried and sliced in half
- 3 leaves mint fine chop
- MELT Organic honey flavor
- honey for garnish
Instructions
- Toast baguette slices until broiler just until they are slight golden brown. Let cool.
- Smear toasts with a thin layer for the honey spread.
- Mix the blueberries with the mint and place on top. Add a drizzle of honey if desired, serve and enjoy!
