Ice Cream Cupcakes with Whipped Cream Frosting, using Old Fashion Vanilla Custard and whipped cream frosting, these cute ice cream cupcakes will make anyone smile!
Taking silicone cupcakes liners, fill them with the EDY'S® Old Fashioned Vanilla Custard. I suggest filling them about 3/4 of the way up. Place in the freezer while making the frosting.
In a large bowl, add in the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Whip until smooth using a hand mixer or stand mixer. Slowly, pour in the heavy cream on low speed. When cream is all added. Whip on high until mix can form a medium to stiff peak.
Pipe frosting on top of cupcakes and garnish with sprinkles. Serve immediately and enjoy!
