Ingredients
2 to 2.5poundpork loinexcess fat removed
pickled red onions for garnish
potato bread rolls or slider rolls of your choice
your favorite bbq sauce
bbq rub
1Tablespoonbrown sugar
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspooncumin
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoonpaprika
6cracks fresh black pepper
Instructions
Place all spices in a small bowl and mix together. Rub pork loin in spices all over. Place in slower cooker and cook 8-10 hours on low or until fork tender.
Take out roast and shred, reserving liquid. Place meat back into the slow cooker on keep warm setting. Add a few tablespoons of the liquid back into the meat, add in bbq sauce of your choice until it is dressed as you like it.
Serve pulled pork on slider buns with more bbq sauce and pickled onions. Enjoy!
Notes
We use a pork loin in this recipe but you can also use any fatty pork roast, Boston butt, picnic or even two tenderloins as long as it weighs roughly the same.
You can use your own homemade rub, a bottled rub or the recipe we have included.
Use any kind of BBQ sauce that you wish, there is no wrong to this recipe.

You don't have to use sliders for this recipe you can use full sized buns.
