Super easy and absolutely irresistible, these Oreo Fudge Brownies are a family favorite. Brownie crust with a cream cheese, white chocolate and Oreo topping.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray, set aside.
Mix the brownie mix, eggs, water, and melted butter in a large bowl. Stir by hand or with a hand mixer until combined and there are no dry patches.
Pour into the prepared baking dish. Cook per directions on the box, let cool completely.
Once the brownies are cooled, place the cream cheese in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment(or you can use a hand mixer but the stand is easier) and cream until smooth. Slowly add in the powdered sugar until combined. Add in the melted white chocolate and vanilla.
Place half of the Oreos in a ziplock bag and crush into small chunks.
Add into the cream cheese mixture, scraping sides as needed.
Pour the fudge mixture on top of brownies and smooth out the top with a spatula.
Crumble the remaining Oreos by hand and press into the top.
Wrap with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 4 hours until set. Cut, serve and enjoy!
