Ingredients
14ouncesartichoke heartsdrained and finely chopped
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray an 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the artichoke heats, spinach, cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Mix well until combined, I like to use an electric hand mixer.
Add the dip to the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top.
Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, until bubbly.
If desired, turn the broiler on high and broil for a couple of minutes until the cheese browns. Keep an eye on it, so it doesn’t burn.
Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
Notes
You can easily double this recipe, just make sure to use a larger dish.
Frozen spinach is all that we have tested this with.
Use any of your favorite dippers, see above for ideas.
If you want to give this a little spicy kick, add some hot sauce or even some cayenne pepper.
This can be frozen, see above on how to do that.
The cheese can be switched up, see above on some ideas that we love.
