Ingredients
¼
cup
unsalted butter
softened
2
cloves
garlic
chopped
¼
cup
fresh parsley
chopped
½
tsp
fine sea salt
4
ears of corn
shucked
1
tsp
smoked paprika
optional
Instructions
Preheat the grill to high and heat for 10 minutes. If using charcoal, prepare your charcoal ahead of time, this will take longer to heat up.
Mix the butter, garlic, parsley, and salt together. Spread half of the butter mixture onto the corn before placing them on the grill.
Grilled them for 10 to 15 minutes, turning them from one side to the other until slightly charred.
Take off the grill and spread more butter over warm corn and season with smoked paprika if using. Serve immediately.
Notes
Any corn will work for this.
Easily double or triple this recipe to serve more people.

Other seasonings can be used for this recipe, see some of my suggestions above.
We like char on this but you can char it to your desired char.
Make a double batch of the butter to use more on the corn or other things.
