Ingredients
16
ounces
velveeta queso blanco
10
ounce
can Rotel
Instructions
Dice the velveeta into small cubes and place in a medium-sized saucepot.
Add the rotel.
Melt together over medium heat, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes until completely melted and combined.
Serve warm with chips or veggies.
Notes
This can be made a day ahead of time, refrigerate and when ready to serve heat over stovetop and serve.
Serve this with your favorite dippers, some of our favorites include tortilla chips, butter crackers, and veggies.
If you want to add more to this adding cooked ground beef, chorizo or sausage is amazing.
You can up your spice level by adding diced jalapenos and a spicier Rotel.
This can be frozen, see my tips above.
We use Velveeta Queso Blanco for this but you can use regular Velveeta if you want.
