Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream or milk
  • 6 ounces feta cheese small crumbles
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill rough chop
  • 2 scallions, green part only thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley rough chop
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives rough chop
  • 5 cracks fresh black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a medium-sized bowl. Mix well until combined. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge at least four hours or overnight.*
  • Stir well before serving. 

Notes

*The longer this dip sits in the fridge, the better it gets. I suggest leaving it overnight or longer.
