Peach Jalapeno Jam
Ingredients
3
peaches
peeled and pitted, and diced
2
jalapenos
seeded, minced
1
cup
sugar
zest of lemon
pinch
of salt
Instructions
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a medium pot, than lower to a simmer and reduce about 20 minutes, until mixture is syrupy. Allow to cool completely. Season with salt to taste. Transfer to a jar and store in fridge up to 2 weeks.
