This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled for a larger crowd. I suggest storing the butter after the first use in the fridge in an air tight container but when you want to use it again, allow it to come to room temperature. This will ensure the light fluffy texture of the whipped butter.
Make sure the butter is softened to room temperature. Place in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Using a hand mixer, whip butter making sure to break up the berries while doing so.
