In a bowl, mix the meat with the garlic powder, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. In a separate bowl mix the cream cheese, mozzarella Cheese and 1 Tbsp dried ranch dressing mix until combined.
Set up a station with the meat mixture, the cream cheese mixture and a plate. Take 1/4 of the meat mix and flatten out on the plate. Take about a tablespoon sized dollop of the cream cheese mixture and place it in the center of the meat. Pull the sides of the meat around the cheese and securely pinch together. Flatten out into a patty so you can't see any of the cream cheese. Set aside or in the fridge until ready to grill.
Mix the ranch sauce at least an hour before serving. Mix the mayo, sour cream and dried ranch dressing in a bowl and stir thoroughly. Place plastic wrap on bowl and keep in the fridge until serving.
Grill burgers 10-15 minutes or to desired doneness over medium heat. Be extremely careful with burgers, they are extra fragile due to the stuffing. Try your best not to move them too much or they might burst open.
Serve burgers with the ranch sauce, tomatoes, sauteed onions, lettuce, pickles, anything your little heart desires! Enjoy!
