Take the chicken breast and place in a plastic bag.
Add about 1-2 Tbls of the dressing to the bag, close the bag and massage marinade into chicken so it is covered in dressing. Let this sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked. Let this cool completely on the counter and place this in the fridge again to get cold.
Now, dice, slice all your ingredients for the salad to your liking.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and add enough salad dressing to light dress the ingredients. Using a spoon, mix all the ingredients.
Place on a plate and enjoy!
