The Perfect Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
1/2
cup
mayonnaise
1/3
cup
granulated sugar
2
tsp.
vinegar
2-3
heads of broccoli
cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4
cup
chopped red onion
1/4
cup
dried cranberries
or more, to taste
1/4
cup
chopped walnuts
or more, to taste
2
strips of cooked
crumbled bacon, or 1 Tbsp. bacon bits
Instructions
Mix the mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar in serving bowl and let sit while you chop the broccoli, onions, and nuts, and cook the bacon.
Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving.
