The Perfect Broccoli Salad

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 2-3 heads of broccoli cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries or more, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or more, to taste
  • 2 strips of cooked crumbled bacon, or 1 Tbsp. bacon bits


  • Mix the mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar in serving bowl and let sit while you chop the broccoli, onions, and nuts, and cook the bacon.
  • Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving.
