Honey Mustard Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts chopped {calculating ½ breast per person but it’s up to you}
  • 3 tbsp of mustard Dijon original.
  • 3 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 4 – 5 tbsp of honey
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves {smashed}
  • 1/2 tsp of salt {or to taste}
  • Black pepper to taste


  • In a medium bowl, mix well the chicken with all the ingredients. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate of a while.
  • Pre-heat the over to 350ºF 180ºC.
  • Transfer the chicken to a Pyrex or any baking pan {preferably glass}, cover with foil and put it in the oven for 35 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for 5 more minutes if you want to golden it a bit, if not just leave it the 40 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
