Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies {Guest Post}

Wow, it’s guest post Friday again! Please welcome Rebecca from Living Better Together:

Hey everyone! I’m Rebecca from Living Better Together and I’m so excited to be guest posting here at This Silly Girls Life, if you’d like to guest post contact Dana here! Today I want to share an easy, healthy, and delicious cookie recipe with all of you. This recipe is detox friendly, but can also be made using regular cake mix. These cookies are fluffy, moist and can be quite addictive… you’ve been warned!
I’ve been in the mood for something sweet, but still wanted to keep it healthy and detox friendly. I decided to make my no fail Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies. Yes, pumpkin. I’m one of those weird people who can eat pumpkin year round, especially pumpkin cheesecake! Pumpkin has a lot of health benefits, so why not eat it during the spring and summer too! There’s only three ingredients, if you remember this post or this post, I clearly have a thing for cookies with minimal ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 15 oz. can of Pumpkin Pie Filling (I use Farmer’s Market Organic)
  • 1 Cake Mix (I used Bob’s Red Mills Gluten Free Vanilla Cake Mix)
  • 1/3 cup Mini Chocolate Chips (I used Enjoy Life brand, dairy free and made with a Chocolate Liquor… umm… yum!)
Directions:

  • Beat Ingredients together and bake at 350 F for 12-14 minutes! Easy, right?!

Grab a glass of milk and enjoy!

I hope you’ll venture on over to check out my blog and follow me via social media so you don’t miss any of my recipes or projects in the future! My TGIF Link Party is also live today, so come on over and link up your posts, I’d love to have you!
