Super simple, no bake, 4-ingredient Nutella Pretzel Truffles. Sweetened Nutella and crushed pretzels make for a delightful and easy sweet-and-salty truffle!
I love desserts that have both sweet and salty flavors, so any chance to combine those two, and I’m game. Back around the holidays, I had white chocolate-dipped pretzels that were to-die-for, and they inspired this White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzel Fudge. Couldn’t get enough of that stuff.

A few weeks later, sometime in January, I had two friends from up north come to visit here in Florida. When we were out to eat one night, we ordered soft pretzel bites for an appetizer, and they were served with Nutella as a dipping sauce. Um, that’s just genius. That appetizer was divine. Pretzels belong with white chocolate, yes, but they also very much belong with Nutella.
After experiencing the deliciousness of Nutella with pretzels, I knew I wanted create a dessert around that dynamic duo. Knowing that I’m *terrible* at yeasted breads, I didn’t even attempt soft pretzels! Instead, I thought for a few weeks about how I would put these two ingredients together, and I just kept coming back to the idea for Nutella Pretzel Truffles. It’d been a while since I made truffles, and the mood struck!
Made with just a handful of ingredients, these truffles have wonderful sweetness from Nutella’s chocolate and hazelnut flavors, and saltiness from the pretzels. The pretzels also add some texture with a little crunch! These are super easy but super tasty! You can whip them up in minutes. You don’t need an oven, stove, or even microwave. Just slap everything together in a bowl, and start rolling.
These are also the perfect party treat since they’re not messy, and they give you a little taste of something sweet without being too decadent or heavy. If you’re hosting a get-together, these are a super quick and simple sweet snack to have on hand!
Of course, you don’t need to be hosting a party as an excuse to make these little nuggets, I’m just saying I think they’d be a great party snack. 😉 You can, and definitely should, also make them for no reason at all!

So pinning this! When I was at the store the other day I saw gluten free pretzels! These have my name written all over it! When I make truffles I make lots & store them in the freezer. They are so good when they are slightly defrosted and popped in my mouth! Yum!

I love this, Nutella is the best way to get your chocolate fix without feeling guilty about it. I love chocolate covered pretzels so I am totally giving this a try the next time I go shopping. Right now we only have the Nutella on hand and will have the get the pretzels next week (our budget only allows for once a week shopping, and we have to stick to it, even if this recipe is calling my name). I totally had to pin this too, I can’t keep this one to myself. I also love how easy it looks, simple and easy is my thing!

This look amazing! I’m having a sweet tooth attack and only have Nutella. I’m curious, I don’t have any powdered sugar-is there anything I can substitute it with? If I make them I’ll leave a comment. Thanks so much.
