Now that it’s officially summer, it’s about time I came up with a s’mores recipe! I wanted to make something a little different and I thought what would be cuter than bite sized s’mores?! Nada. These little cuties are SO easy to make and freakin’ delicious. Mini mint s’mores are sure to be a huge hit with your family, it was with mine!

The inspiration for these mini s’mores came from YORK MINIS. I was gathering my coupons for my weekly shopping trip and saw I had a coupon for $1 off any Hershey’s® minis two-product purchase. So, into my cart the YORK MINIS went along with some TWIX BITES, yum!

I love using different chocolates in our smores. Have you tried caramel filled chocolates? So good with the marshmallows and graham crackers. Thank you for sharing on Foodie Friday!

This may be a new favorite s’more in my house! Although, it may be tough to beat the Reese Cup s’more combo!
