With the Holidays upon us and Black Friday shopping right around the corner the last thing you need to worry about is getting a piping hot meal on the table! When guests are in town this time of year why not take a little break from the kitchen and pop in a party or family size frozen entree instead! I’m going to show you a couple ideas on just how to do that! So, sit back, relax and enjoy your family this Holiday season with the help of Nestle brand products found at WalMart!
I love when my family from out of town gets to stay with us for an extended period of time. It’s great to catch up and really enjoy their company! My family LOVES football. My Husband is a die hard Packer fan and my family pulls for the Bears all the way, so things can get very interesting! LOL. But one thing we have in common is our love of game time style foods! I put together this festive table for just an occasion like this!
With the breeze of this DiGiorno Rising Crust Pepperoni Pizza, this game day feast was so easy to put together!
Add some wings and you’re all set!
Craving some comfort food but too tired of running around showing your family all the local sights to make it? Never fear, Stouffer’s Macaroni and Cheese to the rescue! Ready to fool everyone into thinking you’re a rock star in the kitchen? Get ready for it:
That’s right, we are going to make them a gourmet style macaroni and cheese! Just pop your Stouffer’s party or family size macaroni and cheese in the oven and cook it to the direction on the back of the box.
While that’s cooking away, fry up a ham steak that you cut up into bite sized cubes. Make sure to get them nice an caramelized for that extra yummy factor! When the macaroni and cheese is done cooking, scoop it all into a large bowl and mix in the ham.
Place this in a greased fancy baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Place this back in the oven and let the cheese get all melty on top. They’ll never know it’s not entirely homemade, score!
What about after the Holidays? You know what I’m getting at… Black Friday shopping, woo hoo!! Not in the mood for leftovers after your shopping extravaganza? Never fear, you’ll have a special, hot and bubbly meal in no time with the help of Stouffer’s lasagna with meat sauce!
It is the Holidays after all, why not make it special? I like to serve my lasagna with a salad, garlic bread and glass of my favorite red wine! Come on, you deserve it!
What’s missing you ask? Craving a little something sweet? No meal around this time of year is ever finished without a treat. But, we have just gorged ourselves… maybe now isn’t the time to start packing on tons more calories! Luckily, Edy’s Slow Churned Light Ice Cream has already thought ahead for you! With special limited edition Holiday flavors like A Very Merry Eggnog and Peppermint Wonderland (my favorite!) you have all the flavor of full fat ice cream but with 1/2 the fat! So go ahead have a huge bowl, or two… I’m not judging!
Wow, I hope you got some great ideas for enjoying your family this Holiday season! With help from these wonderful products from Nestle, it’s sure to be the best (and easiest!) Holiday season yet!
