Lemonade Infused Iced Tea, a simple and refreshing summer or anytime beverage!
Hi, Friends! Today I have the most simple yet refreshing Summertime beverage I can think of: Lemonade Infused Iced Tea. AKA, The Arnold Palmer… with a twist?
The best part about this recipe is I used all store bought ingredients. This drink takes absolutely no effort at all, you’ll wonder why you hadn’t thought of this sooner!
So, I had this idea for lemonade infused iced tea for a while. I just needed my ingredients. While in Walmart I saw this mouthwatering Simply Lemonade® with Raspberry and immediately placed it in my cart. I wanted to try the good old original Simply Lemonade too so I picked one up as well.
Along with the lemonade, I needed Iced Tea, of course! Gold Peak Sweet Tea was screaming my name.
I found the Gold Peak Sweet Tea in the drink/water aisle and the Simply Lemonade by the refrigerated juices in Walmart.
This is really the perfect drink to relax and soak in those end-of-summer moments.
Moments like just spending time with friends and family, grilling out yummy foods and sipping on Simply Lemonade infused Gold Peak Sweet Tea.
I love spending afternoons outside, in the shade eating some yummy treats and just enjoying my loved ones’ company.
This drink was really a hit. The secret?? Lemonade ice cubes!
I froze both the Simply Lemonade and Simply Lemonade with Raspberry in an ice cube tray. I also added some raspberries in the raspberry lemonade ice cubes for an additional fun twist.
I made the ice cubes the night before so I knew I could just pop them out and pour Gold Peak Sweet Ice on top! So easy, yet so refreshing!
At first, you get a stronger sweet tea taste but as the ice cubes melt, you get those lemonade hints. It’s basically a flavor changing drink, how cool is that?!
