Hi everyone! Here is a video the Hubs shot of me outside on our grill. Here I show you how to properly sear meat and prep your grill. You want to get a good sear with your grill because this will ensure that your piece of meat has a nice caramelized exterior with that great smoky flavor from the grill. It will also make the inside perfectly moist and juicy! YUMMM!

When grilling I always need the following items:
Grill Brush
Clean Towel
Two Pairs of Tongs
Clean Plate
Oil
Water Bottle
Items being cooked
Make sure to watch the video to see how I use all of these items. If you haven’t already, go check out my recipe for The BEST Grilled Chicken Tacos, I used the chicken in the video to make them! And, they really are the best we have ever tasted! To see how I cut up a whole chicken into parts for the recipe go watch my other video How to Cut a Whole Chicken. Thanks so much for reading/watching!
