How to Sear Meat & Prep Your Grill {Cooking 101}

Hi everyone! Here is a video the Hubs shot of me outside on our grill. Here I show you how to properly sear meat and prep your grill. You want to get a good sear with your grill because this will ensure that your piece of meat has a nice caramelized exterior with that great smoky flavor from the grill. It will also make the inside perfectly moist and juicy! YUMMM!

Water Bottle

Items being cooked

Make sure to watch the video to see how I use all of these items. If you haven’t already, go check out my recipe for The BEST Grilled Chicken Tacos, I used the chicken in the video to make them! 1. YUM! I’m so glad you did this video – I always turn the chicken too many times, so it just ends up being charred on the outside! haha! Such good tips! 🙂
