I loved the video. My dad taught me how to cut up a chicken when I was little. I like the way you do the breast meat. It is different than how I do it, it looks much easier your way. I LOVE the sharp knife :).

Dana, I dig this because its way cheaper to buy a whole chicken! But how do I know what kind og knife to buy? If you already say in the video, no worries. I’ve book raked it to try next time I go to the grocery store.

You just need a boning knife, it will be labeled at the store. It’s thinner and more flexible to get in the joints!
