You could definitely use this as icing for a 9×13 cake, but a layer cake definitely wouldn’t work, it is too loose. BUT, yum that’s an amazing idea!

But I don’t see why you couldn’t use this as a cake icing since you could also use cake pieces for dipping. I think it would be delicious.
