Creamy Greek Pasta Salad, loaded with veggies, grilled chicken, and feta, tossed in a tangy yogurt sauce, the perfect summer meal!
Summer is in full swing, my friends! What better way to fend off the heat than with a refreshing lunch or dinner? I love eating a bit lighter during the summer and creating cold dishes and drinks really helps me to feel not as weighed down.
Plus, I think it’s easier to have a cold salad ready for dinner, just throw it together whenever you have an extra 30 minutes, then take it out, and you’re good to go!
Especially when it comes to this Creamy Greek Pasta Salad! It is so easy to whip together and is super tasty that everyone enjoys it.
Why this recipe works:
- Simple and fresh ingredients really work well to create this fun summer salad.
- You can sub any other of the vegetables in this recipe or remove if you do not enjoy them.
- The homemade dressing really give this salad it’s flavor.
This Creamy Greek Pasta Salad is just the kind of dish I’m talking about. It’s made with crisp, fresh veggies, grilled chicken, crumbled feta and tossed in a tangy, creamy sauce.
It is just bursting with flavor! AND, it’s a meal all on it’s own, score! But, of course the main ingredient in a pasta salad is the pasta.
For this dish, I used the cellentani variety. Not only is it just a fun shape, but it being hollow in the middle with grooves really helps the sauce to stick to the outside.
I love pairing tea with every meal to be honest. And adding a few slices of your favorite citrus fruit really adds a nice flavor. It is just a southern thing, having a big glass of cold sweet tea is just a staple. And it is just perfect with today’s pasta salad recipe!
How to make Creamy Greek Pasta Salad:
- Mix together all your dressing ingredients and set aside.
- In large bowl mix together your salad ingredients and the pour your dressing over the top and give it a good stir to combine.
How much easier can you get with this recipe! Some of my other favorite salads that we have on the side include Broccoli Pasta Salad, Bacon Pesto Pasta and Pasta Salad Pepperoni Cups!
This Creamy Greek Pasta Salad recipe though, I must say is one of our family favorite because it is just filled with so much flavor that it is gone.
We regularly bring it to potlucks and gatherings and everyone is always asking for the recipe, which makes me feel good because we know how much we love it.
How to store:
This recipe shouldn’t be left out too long at room temperature for risk of bacteria growing. So it is best stored cooled.
You can place in an airtight container such as a Tupperware container for ziploc bag and it should keep in your refrigerator for about 3-4 days.
I know how much we love this, especially with all the fresh vegetables that I really think that you would enjoy it too. It is super simple and with using homemade dressing you feel a little more accomplished.
Tips and Tricks:
- You can use any pasta that you like, the corkscrew shape is just our favorite.
- You can omit or add any vegetables for this recipe, but highly recommend the ones using as it really brings out the Greek flavor.

I love a good pasta salad, year round. In the winter, for lunch and in the summer all day. I am loving the combo of mayo and yogurt for your dressing. Adding thegrilled chicken in makes this a completely delish meal./
