The cake wouldn’t get done, kept testing and toothpick was still wet. Finally took them out after about double the time. Put the pan on a cooling rack, and they then all fell with the exception of 1. They were puffed up and beautiful when I removed them from the oven, but again all fell about half way down,. I tested one with a spoon and still very undone half way down. So that was a waste of time and money. ARGHHHH

I didn’t use anything on the post before hand. You have to eat the cakes with a spoon, they will stick no matter what!

I’m not sure, the ones I used in this recipe did have the hole. They didn’t leak too much as you can see in the photos.

I can’t find terra cotta pots that dont have the hole at the bottom. Any suggestions on places that might have them?
