It’s officially grilling season, woo hoo! Well, for this family it is anyways, lol! And, boy have I been going to town on the grill! One of my favorites things to grill, and I think you might agree with me on this one is a big, fat juicy burger! But, what could be better than your traditional cheeseburger? A STUFFED burger, dripping with ranch and piled high with goodies, oh yessss! I’m obsessed with ranch everything so this was definitely fitting.
Double Ranch Stuffed Burgers
See what I’m talking about, how can you not want to run out and get the supplies to make these tonight?! That’s exactly what I did yesterday! I was out and about doing some errands and at Walmart picking up items for dinners this week. I knew I wanted to try and make burgers but wanted to give them a twist. That’s when I started spotting all these different KRAFT products and it hit me to make some ranch burgers!
Woot woot! KRAFT makes SO many products it’s insane, a lot of my favorite products I didn’t even know they made! So, I made these burgers for dinner and they are insane!
Double Ranch Stuffed Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef I prefer ground chuck
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 pkg. 4 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 Cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 1 Tbsp. dried ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 Cup KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Simply KRAFT Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp. dried ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the meat with the garlic powder, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. In a separate bowl mix the cream cheese, mozzarella Cheese and 1 Tbsp dried ranch dressing mix until combined.
- Set up a station with the meat mixture, the cream cheese mixture and a plate. Take 1/4 of the meat mix and flatten out on the plate. Take about a tablespoon sized dollop of the cream cheese mixture and place it in the center of the meat. Pull the sides of the meat around the cheese and securely pinch together. Flatten out into a patty so you can't see any of the cream cheese. Set aside or in the fridge until ready to grill.
- Mix the ranch sauce at least an hour before serving. Mix the mayo, sour cream and dried ranch dressing in a bowl and stir thoroughly. Place plastic wrap on bowl and keep in the fridge until serving.
- Grill burgers 10-15 minutes or to desired doneness over medium heat. Be extremely careful with burgers, they are extra fragile due to the stuffing. Try your best not to move them too much or they might burst open.
- Serve burgers with the ranch sauce, tomatoes, sauteed onions, lettuce, pickles, anything your little heart desires! Enjoy!

The ranch sauce makes a great dip too, I had baby carrots on the side with my burger. Killer with chips too! You could definitely top these with store bought KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing too and would still be amazing but I just like the homemade feeling.
SO yummy, I hope you enjoyed this recipe! What’s you favorite way to eat a burger??
