While the pork is heating up, get your garnishes ready. I sliced some lettuce thinly, chopped some tomatoes and cilantro and sliced up some scallions. When ready to serve, heat up your tortillas. I like to do this on my square griddle. Heat up griddle over medium heat, spray with cooking spray and add tortillas. This process is very fast so flip tortilla after 5 seconds, adding cheese on top and let it melt for about 10-15 more seconds.

Now you’re ready to add your meat, I suggest using tongs or a slotted spoon so you don’t get too much liquid in the taco. Then top with garnishes and sour cream to your liking! Enjoy!! That’s one delicious pulled pork dinner down and 3 more to go! Stay tuned for the rest!

  1. I don’t know what it is – but for me, any slow cooked meat from the crockpot BEGS to be served this way…on a warmed tortilla, slathered with cheese, lettuce, tomato, & sour cream (and sometimes guac)….NAILED IT!!
Saw this on Bloggy Friends link-up. Thanks for sharing & have a great week!!

  2. Thanks so much for this post. I also checked out your crockpot pulled pork and pinned both. My recent new work schedule has fouled up suppertime completely so I’ve started my search for all the crockpot recipes I can find. Thanks so much for sharing.

  3. Anything that can be slow cooked sounds great to me. I can’t believe I’ve never done pulled pork as a taco, but I know it would be delish and we do love anything in a tortilla.
