Summer is right around the corner and what better way to enjoy a warm evening than by sipping a delicious cocktail? I love having fun drink recipes on hand for when the mood strikes! And, being able to make my own at home just makes it that more special! National Moscato day is on May 9th so I thought what would be more fun then to Mix It Up and make a fruity Moscato Sangria?! That’s how I thought up that yummy blackberry apricot sangria recipe!
Blackberry Apricot Sangria
My local grocery store has a huge selection of wines, so I was browsing the wine aisle and I knew I wanted a pink Moscato. Luckily, I found Gallo Family Vineyard Pink Moscato, it was such a good price at $4.99/750ml bottle I couldn’t pass it up! You should be able to find it at local wine retailers and grocers nationwide, as well as online through The Barrel Room. For more information, check out: Gallo Family Vineyards Website
So, like I was saying in honor of National Moscato day I made this amazing blackberry apricot sangria!
Made primarily with sliced apricots, blackberries and pink moscato. It is sweet from a homemade blackberry syrup and refreshing but still packs a punch! Perfect for a summer evening!

Yummy! I made this in the morning then had it after dinner, it was so good! It really hit the spot and the fruits really permeate the mixture. This is definitely my new go-to sangria recipe!
