You have hot sauce mixed with water and eggs to coat them chicken tenders. Should it be cooked a little since there is egg in that mixture? Very close to what I can get in a restaurant!! Great recipe! Curious if you have any tips to keep them crispy after tossing them in sauce. They got soggy. Still so delicious though!!
