Preheat oven to 375. Sear the hens on both sides in a skillet on the stove top for about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to the oven and let cook 30-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Hope this helps, let us know how they come out!]]></description>
